From the 20th to the 23rd of March 2017, the Business Unit Krantz of Caverion Germany GmbH participated in "ARABLAB 2017" in Dubai.

ARABLAB brings together planners, manufacturers and operators of facilities and technologies in the fields of laboratories and hospitals, and the exhibition is a place for decision-makers from all across the Middle East to come together. Along with MOOV General Trading Ltd., the local representative for this region, Krantz presented its range of products and services in the field of filter systems and dampers for biosafety laboratories.

At one of the specialist conferences held during ARABLAB 2017, the foreign sales representative, Mr. Marco Sauder, gave two presentations on HEPA filter systems and the qualifying of HEPA filter systems for biosafety laboratories. Innovative solutions from the Krantz product line were presented in the areas of measuring filter efficiency, regulating volume flow, and more. The lectures were very well attended, and, afterwards, interesting contacts were able to be made.

During the event, the CEO of Caverion Germany GmbH, Mr. Werner Kühn, and the Head of the Krantz Division, Mr. Chafik El Kabali, attended the exhibition and visited the Krantz stand. Among other things, contacts were made with interested parties from Saudi Arabia, and various upcoming projects were able to be discussed.

At the stand, prototypes and models of special air outlets for laboratories and clean rooms were presented. With the help of 3D glasses, it was possible to take a virtual tour of the R&D Department of Caverion Germany GmbH. On this tour, visitors were able to enter the various rooms of a research laboratory virtually, visualize different indoor airflow simulations and enter a different world, if only for a moment.
